Cookies and browser storage
In force from 1 November 2026 · Naatchaal (OPC) Private Limited
The short version
- NaatOps does not set any cookies of its own, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- We keep a few things in your browser's local storage that the app needs to work, such as your sign-in.
This summary helps you read the page. The full text below is what applies.
What we keep in your browser
These are strictly necessary for the app or simply remember choices you made, so they do not need consent:
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in tokens | Keep you signed in. The access token expires within minutes, the refresh token within weeks | Until you sign out |
| Current workspace | Open the workspace you used last | Until you sign out |
| Theme and sidebar | Remember light or dark mode and a collapsed sidebar | Until you clear it |
| Unsaved document drafts | Keep your typing safe if the page closes | Until the draft is saved |
| Install and notification prompts | Avoid asking you again too soon | Until you clear it |
| Jira site and email | Pre-fill the Jira import form if you ask us to remember them | Until you clear it |
Your Jira API token is never stored in the browser.
Other sites
When you pay online you go to Cashfree's payment page, which sets its own cookies under its own policy. If you open a link to another service from NaatOps, that service's cookie policy applies.
If we ever add analytics or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your choices
You can clear local storage at any time in your browser's site settings. You will be signed out and your display choices reset. Questions? See our Privacy Policy.
